For keeping the warranty in effect, the following are the requisites:
- Maintenance of good oral hygiene is mandatory along with regular check-up appointments scheduled once in 6 months.
- The patient is obliged to fulfil his payment obligations.
- The gum protector provided by the Clinic must be installed as recommended.
- Excessive teeth grinding/bruxism must be avoided.
- Procedures leading to any change in the jaw structure such as Chemotherapy/Radiotherapy, in such situations this warranty is not valid.
- If the patient is medically compromised such as uncontrollable Diabetes, Malignancies, bone disorders, Autoimmune Diseases etc, this warranty is not valid.
- In case of accidents, if the implants and their fixtures have been damaged, this warranty is not valid.
- The patient is required to follow prescribed instructions. Incase of default, the clinic can override the guarantee as deemed necessary.
- If the patient’s gum tissue or bone shrinks or the compatibility is affected, the guarantee will be revoked.
- Incorrect pick by the patient of the colour, shape or size of the implant. Patients are given all the information required to make a knowing decision about the choice of their dental implant. Should they be unhappy with the choice later, the clinic is not responsible. It is critical that the patient take responsibility for the choices.
- If the patient does not stop smoking after implant placement, this warranty is not valid as smoking leads to marginal bone loss after implant placement and leads to implant failure.
- In case there is an issue with the laboratory work, all expenses needed to rectify the problem will be covered by the clinic.
- The guarantee covers most dental treatments provided.
- In case there is a defect in the dentistry treatment in relation to our clinic, all recifications will be made free of charge as covered by the guaranteed conditions.
